Dr. Zahra Hajiaghamohseni

My journey with applied behavior analysis began in 2000, over 20 years ago!  What began as a passion to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities blossomed into a mission to use the science of behavior to improve the quality of life for everyone.  

Since 2007, I have been in the trenches as a small business owner while also working with clients as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  During this time, I began my doctoral studies at the University of South Carolina. Along the way, I have been inspired to use the technology of behavior analysis to solve small and large systems issues.  These opportunities included working in public school districts to create performance feedback systems to improve the procedural fidelity of teacher interventions as well as implementing a successful organizational behavior management intervention on the South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (SC ABA). 

The opportunities I had during my state association service time include addressing public health, diversity and inclusion, and seeking state licensure for behavior analysts. More recently, I have been thrilled to focus on helping our field grow in an ethically responsible manner through improving the behaviors of fieldwork supervisors. I am an avid believer in pushing the boundaries of application. To that end, I have completed the Florida Institute of Technology OMB Applied! certificate program as well as SixFlex Training's Supervising Dynamically ACT for BCBA supervisors course. 

Through my experiences, collaboration has been the key ingredient to address emerging  issues locally, nationally, and internationally. Greenspace Behavior seeks to partner with other professions to bring forth the best of behavioral science to help issues such as public health, diversity representation, and international relations.
